SPC Affiliations

All Sydney Pistol Club Ltd. Members are affiliated to NSWAPA and through the state body to Pistol Australia Inc.

Pistol Australia Inc. (PA) is in turn affiliated to Australian International Shooting Limited (AISL) enabling SPC members to represent Australia at the Olympics, World Championships, the Commonwealth Games and Commonwealth Championships, the Oceania Regional Championships, the Australian Pistol Championships and AISL national competitions.

SPC membership also provides access to the Pistol Australia extensive resources, accreditation and training for pistol Coaching and Officiating

Rules

The rules for a number of the pistol events are available as downloads from the internet:

· ISSF rules – the Olympic and ISSF World Championship events

· IMSSU – the Metallic Silhouette World Championship events – these events are conducted within the PA Supplementary Rules for Metallic Silhouette

· International 1920 Match – the four Bianchi Cup events are conducted within the PA Supplementary Rules for 1920 Match

· WA1500 – the Australian implementation

· 13-shot Black Powder – the NSWAPA implementation
